            2. Use of Protected Content
            
                - **Prohibition:** It is strictly prohibited to republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, or exploit any part of the core system or trademark of Sopen.ai without explicit prior written permission from RooTEarthOS.

            3. Infringement Notices and Takedowns (DMCA)
            
                If you believe that content published through the Sopen.ai platform infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please submit a formal notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
            
            How to Submit a DMCA Notice:
            
                - **Official Email:** The notice must be sent to the dedicated email address: copyright@sopen.ai
 
                - **Requirements:** The notice must include the following:
                    
                        - A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
 
                        - A description of the material claimed to be infringing.
 
                        - Identification of the URL of the content you claim infringes your rights on our platform.
 
                        - Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address).

            4. Exceptions and AI Licensing
            
                Content generated using Artificial Intelligence models (such as GPT-4o, Google Translate) is subject to the licensing terms of these model providers (OpenAI, Google Cloud). Generally, we grant the user full rights to the content created and reformatted by AI, provided that its use does not violate the terms of the original providers or general law.
