By using the Sopen.ai platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must cease using the service. These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Sopen.ai (operated by RooTEarthOS).

• Users are permitted to create content (articles, images, videos) for lawful purposes that comply with applicable laws.
• Content created via the platform may be published using our automated distribution tools, provided it complies with the policies of external platforms.

2.2. Prohibited Use

• You may not use the platform to create or publish any content that is abusive, defamatory, pornographic, racist, or infringes upon the rights of a third party (including intellectual property rights).
• You may not attempt unauthorized access to the system, disrupt server operation, or use any bots/automated tools to bypass the normal user interface.
• You may not use the platform to create fraudulent content (Phishing) or for the purpose of promoting illegal services.

3. Intellectual Property

• **Platform Ownership:** All codes, systems, trademarks, trade dress, and the general look and feel of Sopen.ai are the exclusive property of RooTEarthOS.
• **User Content Ownership:** The user retains full rights to the content they create using our tools, provided that this content has been created in accordance with these Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability and Termination

4.1. Disclaimer of Liability

Sopen.ai services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The platform is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses resulting from your use of the service, including loss of data or profits.

4.2. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the service, without prior notice, if you violate any of the terms of use mentioned herein.

5. Amendments and Governing Law

• **Amendments:** Sopen.ai may amend these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or an in-platform notice.
• **Governing Law:** This agreement, its interpretation, and enforcement shall be governed by the laws of the State of San Francisco – California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
